Description
The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court is seeking a qualified firm to provide a turnkey audiovisual (AV) system upgrade at the Williamson County Expo Events Center in Taylor, Texas. The upgrade will be done in accordance with the engineered plans and specifications issued with this Request for Proposal.
• The project includes the design, installation, and testing of a new AV system.
• The system should meet the needs of the Expo Center, which hosts various events and conferences.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the new system is compatible with existing infrastructure.
• The project requires a turnkey solution, meaning the contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the upgrade, including design, installation, and testing.
