Description
The Travis County Healthcare District is seeking a caregiver services provider to deliver high-quality, cost-effective coverage to its members. The selected vendor will be required to demonstrate a commitment to quality assurance and customer service, deliver caregiver availability and access to members, and provide ongoing support to the System and its benefits administration team. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with optional renewal periods. Proposers must submit their proposals by August 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The proposal should include a letter of transmittal, table of contents, proposal summary, and response to narrative prompts.
• The evaluation criteria will include factors such as quality assurance, customer service, and cost-effectiveness.
• The selected vendor will be required to execute a business associate agreement and provide insurance coverage.
• The contract will be awarded to the proposer that best satisfies the System's requirements and provides the best overall value.
