Custodial Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for its buildings and affiliates. The services required include daily and weekly cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. The contract will be for an unspecified duration, and the proposer may use any supplier as long as the products meet the requirements of the scope of work. The OHA encourages contractors to bid on all locations, but it is not mandatory. • The scope of work includes daily and weekly tasks for building interiors, grounds, and exterior areas. • The proposer must inspect all in-scope areas, photograph and report any maintenance, safety, or other problems, and recommend additional cleaning services as appropriate. • The OHA will provide a wage determination as part of the solicitation. • The proposer must submit a monthly total for each location, and may use hourly, square footage, or other methods to calculate their pricing.
