Blue Marble Geographics Global Mapper

The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential respondents to provide Blue Marble Geographics Global Mapper to the Department of Information Resources (DIR) for use by the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) as part of the STS IT Commodities program. The IFB requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids of $100,000 or more.
