High-Level Trunkline Capacity Improvements Project

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a firm to provide construction services for the High-Level Trunkline Capacity Improvements Project. The project involves the construction of a new trunkline to increase the capacity of the sanitary sewer system. The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of contaminated material, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring, dewatering, shaft construction and support, contact grouting, and the installation of new sanitary sewer pipes and manholes. The contractor must also ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the City's Non-Discrimination Ordinance and Living Wage Ordinance. • The contractor must have experience in similar construction projects and must provide references from previous clients. • The contractor must have a safety program in place and provide evidence of a safety-training program for employees. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage, living wage, and non-discrimination. • The contractor must provide a detailed schedule of pricing and cost for all work to be performed. • The contractor must identify all major subcontractors and provide information on their qualifications and experience.
