The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is issuing a notice of recommended award for a non-competitive contract for the maintenance and support services of Canon Multifunction Devices (MFD) and HP Network Printers. The contract has been recommended to be awarded to Ubeo West, LLC dba UBEO Business Services.
• The contract is contingent upon approval by VTA Management.
• Persons can file written objections to the issuance of a contract pursuant to this Notice of Recommended Award.
• The deadline for submitting responses is April 29, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
