IFB - FURNISH & INSTALL HVAC FILTERS AT VARIOUS BPS

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, is seeking bids for the project of furnishing and installing HVAC filters at various Boston Public Schools. The project is subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents. The City intends to award up to 1 contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder. • The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, January 26, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. • Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, February 9, 2026 and opened forthwith. • The contract will be for the furnishing and installation of HVAC filters at various Boston Public Schools. • The contract documents will be available on the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
