Sole Source Jump Aircraft Services

The U.S. Navy is seeking a sole‑source provider to furnish a jump‑configured aircraft, qualified pilot, and related support services for the United States Naval Academy Parachute Team. The contractor must be able to respond on short notice (as little as 24 hours) and operate from Bay Bridge Airport (W29) in Stevensville, MD, providing services on a per‑blade‑hour basis throughout the period of performance.
