Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide lodging services in the Memphis, TN area for the Tennessee Army National Guard. The contractor must provide hotel rooms, a conference room, and other amenities as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will be for a period of 45 days to 1 year, with an option to extend. The contractor must meet all the requirements outlined in the PWS, including providing rooms with refrigerators and microwaves, free parking, and self-service guest laundry. The contractor will be paid on a quarterly basis, and the funding will be incremental.
• The contractor must provide a total of 150 hotel rooms, with the option to use more than one hotel if necessary.
• The contractor must provide a conference room that can accommodate up to 50 people.
• The contractor must provide rooms with refrigerators and microwaves, and prefer rooms with kitchenettes.
• The contractor must provide free parking and self-service guest laundry.
• The contractor must be able to build monthly and provide quarterly pricing.
