U099--Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) Operation and Maintenance Training

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to FORTS Logistics, LLC for Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) Operation and Maintenance Training. The Western Colorado Health Care System requires training for facility personnel on the operations and maintenance of the VA's Office of Emergency Management (OEM) FORTS Medical Surgical Unit (MSU). The training is necessary to ensure proper operation of the MSU mechanical and electrical systems during the estimated 18-month project duration. • The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis • The training is required for facility personnel • The project duration is estimated to be 18 months • The contract will be issued under the authority of RFO Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services
