Description
This solicitation is a master services agreement for fire‑suppression system services at the Deuel Vocational Institution (DVI) and any additional CDCR sites that may be added later. The contractor will provide preventive maintenance, testing, repair, parts replacement, and emergency response for fire sprinkler, stand‑pipe, kitchen‑hood, clean‑agent, fire‑pump, hydrant, and roll‑down‑door systems, complying with NFPA standards, California codes, and manufacturer specifications. Payments are based on hourly rates submitted on a fillable rate sheet plus a fixed $25,000 parts budget and a 25 % “as‑needed” contingency. The contract term runs until August 31 2027.
