Airport IT Staff Augmentation Services

The City of Colorado Springs is seeking qualified providers to offer trained and site-based IT technicians with knowledge and expertise in U.S. airport systems and technologies to support operations at the Colorado Springs Airport. The provider must have experience providing staffing services to other U.S. based airports, particularly with AeroCloud's Common Use Passenger Processing system (CUPPs). The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The provider will be responsible for managing personnel, workload, schedule, and budget, and must provide a detailed breakdown of the price for each year of performance. • The provider must have experience supporting AeroCloud's service offering at US based airports • The provider must be able to manage personnel, workload, schedule, and budget • The provider must be able to provide a detailed breakdown of the price for each year of performance • The provider must be able to obtain, keep, and efficiently utilize high-quality personnel • The provider must be able to address corrective actions in case of delays
