The University of North Dakota is seeking proposals to supply, install, and operate an automated physical locker system that incorporates cloud‑based access control and management. The solution must enable electronic locker assignment, remote monitoring, user authentication, reporting, and seamless integration with the campus IT environment. Bidders will need to provide hardware, software, installation services, and ongoing support.
• Provide fully automated locker hardware with electronic locks and networked controllers.
• Deliver a cloud‑based management platform for real‑time monitoring, user provisioning, and data analytics.
• Ensure integration with existing university IT systems and compliance with campus security standards.
• Offer installation, training, and maintenance/ support services for the lifecycle of the system.
• Meet all procurement and registration requirements (North Dakota State Bidders List, UND Jaggaer portal).
