IFB 038-2026 - FY26 WAYFINDING SIGNAGE (2025PW0054)

The City of Springfield is seeking a contractor to remove and replace existing wayfinding signs and posts and install new signage assemblies at designated locations throughout the city. The contractor will be responsible for complete installation, including removal and disposal of old materials, signage assembly, pole foundations, alignment, concrete placement, and final restoration of disturbed areas. The project involves enhancing navigation, connectivity, and the visual identity of key corridors and downtown destinations. • The City of Springfield will furnish all signage, poles, mounting hardware, and related materials. • The contractor must meet City of Springfield Technical Specifications and all applicable standards for signage placement. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for December 3, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (CST) via videoconference. • The bid deadline is December 19, 2025, at 4:00 P.M.
