05726Y0571-RFI for Process Improvement to 911 Call Taking Operations Round 2

The Fire Department of the City of New York is seeking qualified proposers to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) pertaining to the potential end-to-end process improvements in the lifecycle of a 911 call, with potential to expand to other FDNY areas. The RFI is seeking information on the most innovative process improvement tools, methods, data analysis, process mapping, structured planning, implementation, monitoring and controlling, and goal sustainment that are commercially available. The scope for services pertains to the end-to-end incident flow beginning with the 911 call taking and handling process, incident dispatch, resource deployment, resource assignment, and ending with patient care/transport and or incident close-out and after-action reviews. • The RFI is open to all qualified proposers. • Proposers must submit their proposals via the NYC PASSPort System. • The deadline for submission of proposals is 2:00 PM on 2/27/2026. • The Fire Department reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals submitted in response to this RFI.
