Architect-Engineer (A-E) Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Design Support Services – Task Order Contracts

The County of Orange is seeking to pre-qualify firms to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) and A-E related services for their various maintenance and capital projects. The selected firms will be added to the County's Qualified Vendor List (QVL) and may be awarded contracts for a term of three years. The services required include mechanical and plumbing design support services, construction administration, testing, and commissioning. The County is looking for firms with experience in performing similar services in Southern California, and the ability to provide a team of professionals with the necessary expertise and qualifications. • The County is seeking firms with a minimum of 10 years of experience in providing A-E services. • The selected firms will be required to provide a statement of qualifications, including information on their experience, qualifications, and staffing capabilities. • The County will evaluate the proposals based on the firms' experience, qualifications, and staffing capabilities. • The selected firms will be awarded contracts for a term of three years, with the option to renew for an additional two years. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to negotiate the terms of the contract with the selected firms.
