The GPO seeks a vendor to print and deliver 45 copies of a 43‑page transcript booklet (8½ × 11 in, perfect‑bound) for the U.S. Courts. The contractor must collect government‑furnished material, provide a press‑quality PDF proof, ship a physical color‑matched sample for approval, and deliver the finished booklets to the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse in New York by the specified deadline. All shipping, sample, and proof‑return costs are borne by the contractor, and a mandatory W‑9 must accompany the invoice.
