The Virgin Islands Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive monthly HVAC preventative maintenance and corrective repair services for the Estate Nazareth military compound on St. Thomas. The effort covers cleaning, filter replacement, lubrication, leak checks, coil washing, vent cleaning, and on‑call repairs for two groups of facilities over a base year with three optional one‑year extensions.
