Primary Depository Services

The City of Waxahachie is seeking a primary depository bank to provide banking and depository services. The selected institution will provide services such as account maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, and other related services. The contract will be for a maximum term of 5 years, with an initial term of 2 years and an option to renew for an additional 3 years. The City is looking for a bank that can provide a high level of service, competitive fees, and a strong commitment to the community. Some key requirements include: • Providing a pro-forma account analysis statement • Submitting a sample collateral agreement • Providing a sample safekeeping agreement • Submitting a sample safekeeping report of city-owned securities • Providing a schedule of securities safekeeping fees • Submitting a sample FIRREA compliant document • Providing a summary of any exceptions to the RFA requirements
