Western Kentucky University is seeking a qualified charter‑bus provider to transport its Men’s Basketball team throughout the 2026‑2027 season. The contract covers up to nine scheduled trips across several states, requiring a 56‑passenger bus (model 2021 or newer) equipped with Wi‑Fi, DVD, satellite TV, and electrical outlets. The vendor must use the same lead driver for all trips, provide detailed vehicle documentation per trip, and maintain a minimum of $5 million liability insurance. The contract runs for six months, with a 30‑day termination clause for either party.
