Lender's Inspector Services

The City of Santa Monica Housing Division is seeking lender's inspector services for a substantial rehabilitation project of a 40-unit multifamily development. The selected vendor will be responsible for participating in monthly meetings, visiting the job site, reviewing change order requests, and preparing monthly reports. The project is expected to be completed by June 2027.
