Description
The Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is seeking a contractor to provide K9 Detection (Role Player) Support Services. The contractor will be required to provide 4-6 role players per training session, 4 sessions per week, to support K-9 training scenarios in both indoor and outdoor settings. The role players will simulate bystanders, individuals carrying scent aids, and passersby in high-foot-traffic simulations. The contractor will not require security clearances but must pass PFPA background checks. The government will provide the training aids and script instructions.
• The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract.
• The period of performance is one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
• The contractor must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must submit a quote, including a technical narrative and a pricing template, by the submission deadline date.
• The government will evaluate the quotes based on technical and price factors.
