Description
The project involves replacing the existing air compressor, dryer, and storage tank at Fire Station Building 3132, Camp Edwards, MA. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment, labor, parts, materials, supervision, and other support services to perform the work. The project requires compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Codes, Regulations, and Industry Standards. The contractor must provide a schedule of work within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed and ensure that all work is completed within the contract timelines.
• The contractor will be responsible for disconnecting and making safe all electrical connections to the existing compressed air system.
• The contractor will remove and dispose of the existing compressor, tank, and plumbing.
• The contractor will install a new 15HP rotary screw compressor, integrated dryer, and 200 PSI storage tank.
• The contractor will wire the new compressor system for full operation.
• The contractor will provide complete submittals for all equipment and parts required.
• The contractor will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable OSHA Standards and industry safety standards.
