Description
The Computational Sciences & Engineering Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a Keysight Microwave Analyzer or Domestic Equivalent. The proposal should include a firm fixed price quote with the proposed delivery schedule. The award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The subcontract type anticipated is firm fixed price, and the subcontract period of performance is to be determined.
• The proposal should include a completed and signed copy of the Representations and Certifications – Abbreviated (10/2025) document.
• Any exceptions taken to the terms and conditions listed should be explained, and alternate solutions to achieve compliance should be identified.
• The proposal should be submitted via email to the Procurement Officer by 2:00 PM EST on 10/28/2025.
