Description
The City of Corona Utilities Department invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive Strategic Plan. The selected consultant will work with the department to assess current conditions and develop a forward-looking strategic framework. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to fully and adequately supply the professional Strategic Planning Services. The project duration is approximately four months, starting in December 2025.
Key points to consider:
• The consultant will assist the department in developing a comprehensive, actionable Strategic Plan aligned with the City's overarching strategic plan.
• The consultant will work closely with Utility Department leadership, City staff, stakeholders, and the public to assess current conditions and develop a forward-looking strategic framework.
• The proposal should include qualifications, related experience, and references, as well as a work plan, staffing and project organization, and a labor hour estimate and fee proposal.
• The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any item or part thereof, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in a proposal.
