Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a qualified vendor to provide data sanitization (erasure) services for NetApp A400 storage arrays (FAS8300 controllers). The work must be performed by an authorized NetApp service provider or reseller, with all required certifications and insurance coverage submitted as part of the bid. Bids are submitted electronically via the County’s Vendor Self Service portal; no paper bids are accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest total acceptable offer, with a strong preference for local small business enterprises.
• Scope: Secure data erasure of NetApp A400 storage arrays (hardware‑based sanitization)
• Quantity: One service contract (lot 1) with a waived transaction processing fee
• Mandatory requirements: Authorized NetApp reseller/provider certification, extensive liability & cyber‑insurance (minimum $2 M per claim)
• Submission: Online only, by 12 PM Sept 23 2026; include signed bid package and certification letters within 90 days of award
