Description
The Ellisville State School is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive master electrician services for its main campus and employee housing. The work includes ongoing maintenance of overhead distribution, street lighting, high‑capacity electrical equipment (up to 1,200 A), motor wiring, large HVAC control systems, sewage‑treatment equipment, fire‑alarm systems, telephone and data cabling, generators (up to 400 kV), commercial laundry and refrigeration units, and 811 locating duties. The contractor must supply its own vehicle, tools, PPE, and qualified personnel, and will be required to respond to emergency calls, work after hours, and comply with strict safety, security, and insurance requirements. The base contract period runs from early January 2027 through the end of June 2027, with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals.
