Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Michael N. Keathley State Office Building. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide services for the total cleanable square feet of the building. The vendor must also provide a minimum of ten man-hours of janitorial services between the hours of 5:30 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. The vendor must meet certain minimum experience requirements, including having at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 62,365 square feet.
• The vendor must provide a Day Porter/Matron to perform uninterrupted janitorial services during business hours.
• The vendor must provide a Working Supervisor/Contractor Contact Person to oversee janitorial services.
• The vendor must provide a Floor Care Specialist to perform floor care requirements.
• The vendor must provide a quality assurance plan to ensure the janitorial services meet the state agency's quality standards and expectations.
• The vendor must provide equipment, supplies, and products necessary to perform the services required.
• The vendor must comply with certain requirements, including providing floor safety signs and barriers, and maintaining a personnel plan to ensure all requirements are met.
