TIERED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR forty-five (45) Virtual Contact Center (VCC) Software Licenses

The U.S. Army Research Laboratory is seeking to acquire forty-five (45) Virtual Contact Center (VCC) software licenses to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help desk support for a period of one year, with options for two additional years. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and has the lowest evaluated price of all offers meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. The technical acceptability element of the evaluation will be based solely on information furnished by the vendor. • The contract will be for a base year with two option years. • The place of performance will be at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, 2800 Powder Mill Road, Adelphi, MD 20783. • The FOB point is Destination. • The contract will be a small business set-aside, but will convert to full and open competition if no acceptable offers are received from responsible small business concerns.
