Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide equipment and services for the Ciena-P1 and P2 site equipment upgrade. The scope of work includes the provision of network communication equipment, installation, and training services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors.
• The contractor must provide new and unused equipment.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must provide a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
