Description
The County of Howard, Maryland is seeking a human services agency to provide operational and support services for a 20-bed non-congregate shelter program. The program aims to provide safe and secure access to emergency shelter, integrate a housing-first approach, and offer links to other support programs. The selected contractor will be responsible for assessing client needs, connecting clients to resources, providing referrals for medical and behavioral health supports, and ensuring safe sleeping space and access to showers and meals. The contractor will also be required to participate in the Howard County Continuum of Care and maintain accurate records of participant data.
Key responsibilities include:
