X-Ray Fluorescence

The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory is seeking a contractor to provide routine maintenance and on-site repair services for the Orbis Micro-EDXRF system, a critical laboratory material science X-ray analysis device. The contractor will be required to perform routine maintenance actions, respond to emergency service calls, and provide software updates and licenses. The contract will be for a base year and two option years, with a total duration of 36 months. The contractor will be expected to conform to the USACIL requirements for employee safety, including OSHA and laboratory safety protocols. • The contractor will be required to provide a project manager who will be responsible for the performance of the work. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary trained and experienced technical personnel, software updates, and licenses. • The contractor will be required to respond to unlimited emergency service calls within 48 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. • The contractor will be required to provide a signed copy of helpdesk support, software updates, and license support. • The contractor will be required to furnish the Contracting Officer’s Representative with a list of telephone numbers where the primary service representative may be contacted during normal working hours and for emergency service calls.
