STATE OF FLORIDA (SOF) AUTOMATED TRANSIT VEHICLE (ATV) PROCUREMENT

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is seeking proposals for the provision of highly automated transit vehicle solutions that align with their specific operational requirements and prioritize passenger safety and experience, and operational efficiency. The JTA is open to considering various fleet sizes, deployment models, and fleet management strategies. Proposers are encouraged to offer a range of solutions that can be tailored to JTA's evolving needs. The contract period shall be for five years with no options to renew. • The JTA is seeking contracts with proposers to be fully responsible for the sourcing and delivery of Automated Transit Vehicles for agencies across the State of Florida and the Continental United States that desire to participate. • Proposers must be in good standing and authorized to transact business in the State of Florida. • Proposers must not be listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) as an excluded party. • Proposers must complete and submit a Buy America Build America Certification. • Proposers must complete and submit Attachment 'A' - ADS Performance Compliance Matrix and Attachment 'B' - Vehicle Attributes and Operational Restrictions Matrix.
