The Department of Children and Youth (DCY) is seeking a fiscal agent to administer the Residential Staff Core Training (RSCT) program. The program aims to provide training to child care staff and administrators in residential care settings. The selected contractor will be responsible for collecting and validating training data, managing the application and intake process, processing incentive payments, and providing reporting to DCY. The contractor will also be required to provide a secure software solution for collecting and managing RSCT incentive applications. The contract term is from the date of the State's signature through June 30, 2026, with a possible one-month renewal.
