As Needed Mechanical & Plumbing Services

The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner is seeking proposals for as-needed mechanical and plumbing services. The scope of work includes providing plumbing, HVAC, heating and refrigeration, air handling, pipe fitting, and steam fitting services for maintenance, repairs, and installation of pumps, valves, piped systems, gates, and other equipment at various wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and water treatment facilities. The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience performing similar services for municipal water and sewer systems.
