Description
The Utica Community Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of Food Service Produce. Interested bidders can obtain bid documents from the district's online purchasing portal and must submit their proposals online by the due date. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to request additional information from proposers. The contractor must comply with various regulations, including the Buy American Certification and Executive Order 11246.
• The proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and the school district's board of education or superintendent.
• The proposal must include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance pursuant to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The contractor must represent that all products sold and delivered to the school district are domestic commodities or products.
• The contractor must comply with Executive Order 11246, entitled "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375.
