The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking applications from in‑state nursing facilities to provide specialized ventilator‑dependent services to MassHealth members. Applicants must be licensed nursing facilities, Joint Commission accredited, and capable of delivering comprehensive respiratory care, including staffing a qualified Program Manager, maintaining relationships with pulmonary specialists, and submitting required clinical documentation and quarterly reports.
