Description
The California Exposition & State Fair is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilets and hand washing stations for the State Fair and year-round events held at the Cal Expo grounds. The contractor will be required to provide equipment on a weekly and monthly rental basis, with daily service during the State Fair period. The contract term is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029, with an option for a one-year extension. The contractor must guarantee delivery of requested equipment within four hours of notice and provide all equipment in the same color, in good condition, and without graffiti.
• The contractor will be responsible for servicing the equipment upon delivery, except for the State Fair rental period.
• The contractor must provide a bid for the total cost of the services, including delivery, pick-up, servicing, and all applicable taxes and expenses.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must maintain insurance coverage, including general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability insurance.
• The contractor must provide a list of all individuals, including subcontractors, who will have access to the Cal Expo premises.
• The contractor must comply with Cal Expo's drone policy and Megan's Law requirements.
