Florida State University’s Northwest Campus is seeking multiple qualified firms to provide comprehensive construction materials testing, special inspection, and threshold inspection services for new parking‑garage and housing/dining projects. The work includes on‑call and continuous testing to support construction schedules, covering geotechnical, concrete, reinforcing‑steel, structural‑steel, fire‑stopping, roofing, waterproofing, and final‑stage threshold inspections in compliance with the contract documents, Florida Building Code, and project specifications. • Provides on‑call/continuous testing for civil‑engineering construction projects. • Covers a wide range of inspections: geotechnical, concrete, steel, fire‑stop, roofing, waterproofing, and final threshold checks. • Open to multiple respondents; proposals sealed by July 24 2026.
