Randolph Community College is seeking qualified firms to provide building and building‑systems commissioning services for the renovation of a 25,000‑sq‑ft former warehouse into the Applied Industrial Artificial Intelligence Center. The selected firm will work from design development through construction and owner occupancy, coordinating with the design architect and general contractor to ensure all systems meet the Owner’s Project Requirements. The solicitation requires submission of a Letter of Interest and Standard Form 254, with a total project budget of $9.895 M.
