RFP# 92297 - Global Pre-Employment Background Screening Services

The University of Maryland Global Campus is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide global pre-employment background screening services on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will conduct domestic and global background screenings, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide results through a system integrated with Workday. Key responsibilities include conducting background screenings, verifying candidate information, and providing customer support. The contractor must demonstrate experience supporting global screening requirements and Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrations. • The scope of work includes conducting pre-employment background screenings for candidates located both within and outside the United States. • The contractor must provide a secure, web-based platform accessible to authorized UMGC and RPO users. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to directly integrate with Workday and provide initial and ongoing training for UMGC users. • The contractor must provide a documented customer support protocol, including issue intake procedures, escalation paths, and estimated response and resolution timelines. • The contractor must provide monthly activity reports and invoices that align with invoiced services.
