CCRFP FOR CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION EXCESS PROPERTY

The New Jersey Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund (NJMEL) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide claims administration services for its Excess Property program. The selected administrator will manage the intake, investigation, evaluation, and settlement of excess property claims. The contract will be for a duration of 3 years. • The proposer should have demonstrated expertise in large-scale property loss management and municipal insurance operations. • The proposer should be able to work closely with member Joint Insurance Funds, insurers, and vendors to ensure accurate reporting, timely resolution, and compliance with applicable insurance and regulatory standards. • The proposer should be able to provide claims administration services, including intake, investigation, evaluation, and settlement of excess property claims. • The proposer should be able to provide electronic submission of proposals and have experience with BidNet Direct platform.
