Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking a vendor to deliver an enterprise‑wide Candidate Engagement Platform (CEP) that integrates with its existing Oracle PeopleSoft Recruit system. The solution must provide a modern career site, candidate relationship management, two‑way SMS/email communication, job board distribution, resume parsing, analytics, and support for veterans’ preference, while meeting FedRAMP/HITRUST/StateRAMP security standards. The contractor will be responsible for design, configuration, data conversion, interface development, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing maintenance/support for up to nine years.
• Provide a cloud‑based CEP with mobile‑responsive career site and CRM features
• Bi‑directional integration with PeopleSoft Recruit (real‑time API or batch) for job postings and applicant data
• Native two‑way texting, email consent handling, veteran preference capture, and integration with Indeed, LinkedIn, and agency XML/Drupal feeds
• Deliver full implementation services, documentation, training, and post‑go‑live support within a $400,000 budget, with a contract term up to 10 years (initial year + renewals)
