Special Education Instrucional and Related Services

IDEA Greater Cincinnati, Inc. is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from qualified Respondents or individuals in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Special Education Instructional and Related Services. The services required include Adaptive Physical Education, Assistive Technology Evaluations, Auditory Impairment/Deaf Ed Teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Braillist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Educational Diagnostician, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Orientation and Mobility Teacher, Physical Therapist, Registered Behavior Technicians, School Psychologist, Sensory Evaluations, Speech Language Pathologist, Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, Special Education Teacher, Special Education Co-Teacher, and Visual Impairment Teacher. The selected respondent(s) will be required to provide in-person services with the utmost diligence, cooperation, and ethical behavior, and demonstrate high levels of trust, competence, and integrity. Some of the key responsibilities and duties of the selected respondent(s) include: • Providing direct and indirect special education and related services • Maintaining logs and therapy notes for student services • Providing logs with invoices for therapy • Attending IEP meetings • Maintaining and submitting individual student reports to IDEA GC Regional SPED Teams • Completing or assisting with individual educational plans (IEP) • Completing progress reports for services • Consulting with school staff • Completing evaluations, IEPs, and progress reports on the SameGoal/Go Solutions system • Assisting IDEA GC staff with their student's IEP progress reports • Assisting school staff with equipment orders if applicable • Creating collaborative relationships on school campuses • Tracking Medicaid services for each assigned student, if applicable • Attending On-Boarding (required)
