Janitorial Services

The Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for their administrative office. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, including emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and dusting surfaces. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with the option for daily or every-other-day visits. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for both options, as well as a company background and list of employees who will be servicing the office. • The facility includes 9 offices, 1 conference room, 1 lobby, 1 mail room, 2 restrooms, and 1 breakroom/kitchenette. • The Board will provide cleaning supplies and equipment, and the contractor will provide labor. • The contractor will be required to maintain security, report issues promptly, and do not disturb confidential documents. • The contractor will be required to provide two all-inclusive labor prices, one for daily visits and one for every-other-day visits.
