Description
Gwinnett County Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for On Demand IT Professional Services. The contract term is effective July 1, 2026, or upon award, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The successful service provider will be expected to sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for professional services developed by Gwinnett County Public Schools. The provider must have the ability to comply with GCPS procedures for approving and scheduling, including use of GCPS forms and other databases. Some key responsibilities include:
• Providing acceptable, qualified, and skilled contractors to GCPS
• Receiving appropriate job summaries and discussing duties and skills with prospective employees
• Complying with GCPS procedures for approving and scheduling
• Providing a replacement policy for unacceptable contractors
• Warranting and representing that work under this contract will be of professional quality and performed with generally accepted industry standards.
