CNB Oracle Time and Labor, Absence Management and Workforce Scheduling Implementation

The Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC is seeking a qualified vendor to implement Oracle Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Workforce Scheduling (OTAS) to support accurate time capture, labor costing, compliance, and payroll integration across two business units. The vendor will be part of a collaborative team that includes people from Oracle and CNB/CED. The implementation will include multiple phases, including a design phase and an implementation phase. The vendor will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying the OTAS solution, as well as providing training and support to CNB/CED staff. The key objectives of the project include supporting hourly, salaried, exempt, and non-exempt employees, enabling labor costing by project, department, grant, or cost center, improving compliance and auditability, integrating seamlessly with Oracle HCM and Payroll, and integrating scheduling. Some key features of the project include: • Time entry (web, mobile) • Time clock evaluation and set up • Schedules and shifts • Overtime rules and labor laws • Absence and leave integration • Approvals and exception handling • Retro time adjustments The evaluation criteria for the proposal include DevOps capabilities, industry and process expertise, operational excellence, organizational change management, updates management, finance product expertise, and technology enablement.
