The U.S. Embassy in Kolonia, Pohnpei is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to repair and upgrade its communication infrastructure. The work includes removal and replacement of StarShield antenna hardware, installation of new conduit and cabling for radio, UHF, and power/signal lines, and associated safety and testing activities. All work must meet U.S. construction standards, be performed by an English‑speaking supervisor on‑site, and comply with security and safety regulations.

• Original quotation deadline 8 June 2026, later extended to 11 June 2026, then the solicitation was cancelled (effective 28 August 2026).
• Required submissions: SF‑18, full pricing tables, Section L certifications, proof of SAM registration, safety plan, insurance/bond documentation, and electronic delivery to [email protected] (≤30 MB per file).
• Performance security of 10 % of contract price, liquidated damages of USD 360 per day for delays beyond 80 working days after notice to proceed.
