The Southern Virginia Higher Education agency is seeking a comprehensive assessment of the future workforce needs for engineers with graduate-level education in Virginia. The project aims to quantify anticipated demand, compare it against the current and projected pipeline of Virginia graduates, and segment findings by engineering disciplines. The deliverables will include a final report, presentation deck, workforce gap tables, and data appendices. This project will serve as a strategic planning tool for Cardinal Education member universities and stakeholders.
