Description
The Manhattan Mental Health Court (MMHC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide clinical evaluations and service plans for prospective MMHC participants, as well as comprehensive case management services for admitted MMHC participants. The vendor will provide individualized and dynamic services, developing quality treatment plans, facilitating connections to care, and providing reports and participant status updates to the court. The contract is expected to have multiple years with renewal options. Key services include:
• Clinical evaluations for prospective MMHC participants
• Service plans for prospective MMHC participants
